Cancellations & Refunds
We believe in transparency. This policy outlines our fair and clear approach to plan cancellations and refunds for LukaIN subscriptions.
At LukaIN Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the best possible experience. However, we understand that needs change.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard or by contacting support.
- Standard Plans: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the end of that period.
- Manual Subscriptions: Cancellations for manual plans managed by the Chairman are subject to the same end-of-cycle terms.
- Data Retention: Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for a limited period, allowing you to reactivate your plan later.
2. Refund Policy
Note: Fees are generally non-refundable, as we provide a 'try before you buy' experience with our Free plan.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a persistent technical issue prevents you from using the Service for more than 48 hours and we are unable to fix it.
- Unauthorized Billing: If you are charged due to an error in our automated billing system.
- Double Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle.
3. Plan Changes & Proration
We offer flexible plan adjustments to match your organization's growth.
- Upgrades: Plan upgrades are immediate. We apply a prorated credit from your current plan toward the new, higher-tier plan.
- Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for downgrades made mid-cycle.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email luckybasera123@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. Please include:
- Your Account ID/Email
- Transaction Reference Number
- Detailed reason for the refund request
